Post-Meal Walk: Is it Good or Bad to walk after eating?

Many people asking is it good or bad to walk after eating a meal Some say its bad as it interrupts the digestion process of food and other say its good because it burns the calorie intake while digesting what you eat. The only thing that can answer our question regarding is it good or bad to walk after eating a meal is our own experience. 




          I usually take a 10 - 15 min break after eating then followed by a 15 - 20 mins walk around my house or outside my house. I take 10 - 15 mins rest in a sitting position just to digest thoroughly my food as I feel bloated after eating a meal and feel nauseous if I stand or move. Then I take a quick 15 - 20 mins walk around the house and outside the house. So what do I get? one is I avoid an esophageal reflux, second I easily digest my food and third I burn extra calories so this help on my diet. This are just only base on my experience. My conclusion is that for me it is okay to walk after eating a meal but it's still up to you to believe, why not try it yourself and see what result you can get.
