Does L-Carnitne helps in losing weight?

Carnitine is a substance that helps your body to turn fats into energy. Actually your body makes it in the liver and kidneys and get stored up in the brain and skeletal muscle. Carnitine could be gain in eating animal and dairy products. Some people do not or produce little amount of carnitine that's why others take L-carnitine supplements, others take just to aid in losing weight.



L-carnitine helps in losing weight by:
1. Burning fats -  as stated above carnitine are substance that turn fat into energy. They use L-carnitine supplements to boost the carnitine in the body, thus L-carnitine travels more fast in the body by ways of oral intake or injection rather than carnitine which is a bit much slower. 

2. Appetite Suppressant - L-carnitine also serve as an appetite suppressant that can be an arsenal in your diet.
3. Reduces Fatigue -  L-carnitine reduces fatigue, now you can have an increase capacity in doing aerobics to burn more calories.
