Fruits and vegetables are essential for good health and weight loss. Most people include fruits and vegetables in their daily meal because of its low calorie and fat content. Most fruits and vegetables contains vitamins, minerals and anti-oxidants which are important to make our body protected from diseases and sort of an anti aging effects.Most people tend to sub fruits and vegetables to their daily meal so that they can minimize the calories that they take daily. For example a meal consisting of 150 gram grilled chicken breast with one cup of rice that 550 calories. Replace it with a meal that only consist of 100 gram of chicken breast, 40 gram green salad 80 gram of broccoli u get 350 calories while you save 200 calories that can add up to your daily calorie intake.
There are some fruits and vegetables high in calories such as bananas, avocado, carrots and peas. Even though these fruit and vegetables have higher calories, you don't need to avoid them still these fruits and vegetables contain important minerals and vitamins that helps to build a healthy body.
If your dieting fruits can be a good in between meal cause of their low calorie, you don't have to over hunger yourself as this could result to over eating. There are tons of benefits that fruits and vegetable can give to our body, we just have to know and have to try.
