Healthy foods that help you lose weight

In losing weight you need not to forget of being healthy other are over hungering and pushing themselves to their limits which is not healthy for our body. To avoid gaining more pounds you have to lower your calorie intake as you burn them with exercises. Some food helps you in losing weight because they maintain your full performance and help curb cravings as what experts says. Other foods boost up your metabolism. So add this foods when your shopping for groceries.

1. Beans - Cheap and great source of protein  that is good for the muscles. Also it is high in fiber and slow to digest which keeps you full and avoid eating more.

2. Broccoli - although we hate this when we are in our childhood days. This is a great source of fiber and calcium good for the bones that athlete should have. Also it is low in calories.


3. Cabbage - Rich in antioxidants like vitamin C, cabbage is a great immune-booster. 

4. Grapefruit - Contains vitamin C, folic acid and potassium. This is a good in between snack to avoid overeating.

5. Lettuce - this has lower calories up to 60 - 70. This is rich in B vitamins, folic acid, and manganese, which helps regulate blood sugar and is essential for proper immune system function. Choose other dark green or purple varieties such as green or red leaf for the most nutrients.

6. Radishes - These brightly colored vegetables are packed with potassium, folic acid, antioxidants, and sulfur compounds that aid in digestion. Don't forget the leafy green tops, which contain six times the vitamin C and more calcium than the roots. 

7. Spinach - Tender and flavorful, this leafy green is rich in iron, folic acid, and vitamin K. It also contains disease-fighting antioxidants beta-carotene and vitamin C, as well as the phytochemical lutein, which protects eyes against age-related macular degeneration

8. Eggs and sausages - A protein-rich breakfast may help you resist snack attacks throughout the day. In a study of a group of obese young women, those who started the day with 35 grams of protein that’s probably way more than you’re eating -- felt fuller right away.

9. Apples - great source of fiber and its skin are full of antioxidants stated by the experts. This is a great snack.

There are more food that can helps you to lose weight all we need is to research  and try. This can take a few of our time but it's worth it.
