Early morning walk good for the health

To get a good day start I always do an early morning walk. Early morning walk always pump me up and also I heard that this is good for our health. Good for the health because it has many benefits, a 30 min morning walk could give a tons of work almost like 2 hours hitting the gym. I always walk around the blocks and through the park good for a 30 minute workout plus its not a bit tiring like jogging but also you can add jogging if you want.



Morning walk is an exercise suitable in all people of all ages. Plus it cost nothing it doesn't require expensive equipment and a you can do it solo and it does burn the same amount of calorie as jogging does. It does not burden our body good for those who are old and disability that can do only minimal exercise. Here are some benefits of an early morning walk based on experts view and people who tried it:

1. Good for the heart - early morning walk improves the circulation in our body that strengthens the heart that promotes better cardiovascular health. Also walking prevents stroke and cardiac arrest. A morning walk keeps you active since being physically inactive is a reason for getting heart disease.

2. Good for the lungs - morning walk can strengthen you lungs. By strengthening your lungs you can prolong exercising without even running out of breath or tiring. This is good for air circulation and having enough oxygen in your body.

3. Good for the muscles - you will get muscular strength by walking due to your body movements. It shape the muscles in your legs, feet, thigh, gluteous and hamstrings. It also can prevent muscle degeneration or atrophy as it will exercise your muscles.

4. Good for the brain that will make alert through out the day - walking exercise can make you alert throughout the day. By improving blood circulation that can give more oxygen in the brain. It energizes your mind as well. But most importantly, exercise produces brain-derived neurotrophic factor : a protein that perks up mental acuteness. So put on the walking shoes every morning and walk your way to better mental health. 

5. Good for those who have Diabetes and Hypertension - walking is an exercise and it burns glucose that improves blood sugar levels and improves blood flow. Walking 10,000 steps day can keep you healthy and a good way to lessen the risk of having a disease.

6. Good for those who want to lose weight - walking is an exercise that can burn calories and improves the metabolism in the body. Go for a walk first thing in the morning, preferably before breakfast to improve your body’s metabolism. You can burn up to 100 kcal of energy every one mile you walk. Morning walks are more beneficial to the process of weight loss because in the morning, the glucose level of the body is low which means that it is the fat which burns. In the evening, when the glucose level is high, walking burns the glucose and reduces blood sugar level.

7. Good for those who want to have a better sleep - walking can tire you up in the morning so when you hit the bed at night the faster you get sleep. Also walking regulates your sleep cycle. 

8. Good to boost confidence - When you feel fit and healthy your self-confidence increases and you feel more able to cope with the demands mode on you. Time spent walking means time taken off from the stresses of daily life. As a result you feel less anxious. Regular exercise can increase the levels of endorphins - naturally secreted hormones - that appear to work in the brain, increasing a sense of well being. And this feeling of contentment in turn increase your Self confidence.

9.  Good for the health - because  raises good cholesterol HDL levels in blood  that lowers LDL or bad cholesterol levels, promotes muscular development combats back pain, a standard treatment for osteoporosis patients, strengthens the joints and boosts the immune system.

10. Good to start the day - it because it energizes you and all of your body organ and make you productive all day. You will fell active and fresh throughout the day.
