Our body is made of 60% water or some say its 80%. Everyday we lose water by sweating, crying, urinating, defecating and spitting. Our body has a natural mechanism that when our body lose water our brain tends to send hormone that trigger thirst mechanism that's why we drink water.
Any loss water in our body must be replace it's basically in our instinct. It's ideally for us to drink water the question is how much? You've all heard that we should drink 8 glasses of water a day but I think we drink a little more than 8 glasses. Eight glasses a day came from the popular 8 by 8 rule which says that one should drink eight glasses, each consisting of eight ounce of water.

Water is essential for our body it keep the inside of our body moist, serve as lubrication inside our body, facilitate toxin in our body by means of using our kidney, use by our blood and etc. Eight glass is enough though some expert say at least 2.5 liters a day that we should drink. Lets all put in our mind that not all the time drinking water is good for some. Some people has health concerns that they have to limit their fluid intake which means drinking to much would threaten their life. Some example of people who have health concerns are the people have kidney, heart and lung problems. These people should consult the advice of their doctors regarding how many water they should take.
