Six O'clock Diet

There have been rumors spreading that the Six o'clock diet can help you lose weight. So what is the six o'clock diet? can it help us to lose weight? Six o'clock diet means right after 6 pm your are forbidden from eating anything. Our body tends to burn more calories at day due to exercising, working, walking and etc. The idea is during at night our body tend to relax while sleeping resulting to reduced bodily function and metabolism, so any calories we consume at night goes to our fat storage. The six o'clock diet theorizes that calories from food consumed during the day are burned off, leading to weight loss. While the food we consumed during at night doesn't get burned off then get stored in our body

that then becomes fat. 

How it help us to lose more weight?

Basically our body burns or metabolizes fat for energy. We tend to do some workouts in the morning to get exhausted so our body burn more fat for energy. When we apply the 6 o'clock diet it leaves our body hungry and energy less for 12 hrs resulting to our body metabolizing fat for energy during night, so we burn fat at day and night and ends in losing weight.

Advantages

  • We burn fats day and night so we lose more weight in our body. 
  • We avoid fattening midnight snacks.
  • We avoid being a couch potato the one who tends to eat in front of the T.V.
  • This help the people who crave food at night.

Disadvantages

  • If you aren't determined you might end up in over eating.
  • It could cause insomnia because you cant get sleep when your belly is growling more like snoring. LOL
  • It can end up overeating at day.
  • Not applicable to those who have Diabetes.
Remember when you're doing the 6 'clock diet that you must not skip breakfast in the morning as this serve as the refueling stage of your body. You must also have the 3 D's, it  determination, dedication and discipline. Good Luck to those who want to try!!!!
